"The gang from the top-rated sitcom is back for more 1950's fun -- Richie Cunningham, his parents Howard and Marion, his buddies Ralph and Potsie, and the coolest greaser, Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli. Join Richie and his friends for more rockin' adventures as they grow into young adulthood."--Container.
disc 1. Richie moves out (Hoping for more privacy, Richie moves out of the Cunningham home to share an apartment with his brother.) -- Richie's car (Fonzie comes up with just the car for Richie, a hot rod named "Love Bandit," which turns out to be hot in more ways than one.) -- Who's sorry now? (An old girlfriend returns to Jefferson High after three years and Richie suddenly finds, to his own amazement, that he's going steady with her again.) -- You go to my head (Richie's fears get the best of him while he's reading a book on abnormal psychology and it drives him to secretly see a psychiatrist.) -- R.O.T.C. (When Richie is chosen to be R.O.T.C. squad leader, he must decide if it's more effective to have his men love him or hate him.) -- Haunted (Richie fights his fears over attending a Halloween party at a haunted house where he believes he saw a headless ghost.) --
disc 2. Wish upon a star (Richie is the envy of Jefferson High when he wins a date to escort Hollywood starlet Cindy Shea to the school's victory dance.) -- Not with my sister, you don't (Richie's surprise over little sister Joanie's first real date turns to shock when he learns it's with Spike, a pint-sized replica of his Uncle Fonzie.) -- Big money (Richie is the lucky audience member selected to become a contestant on a popular game show with a chance to win $3,200.) -- A star is bored (When Richie's church baseball team loses every game, he organizes a fundraiser to buy uniforms with a performance of "Hamlet.") -- Guess who's coming to Christmas (The Cunningham family plans a quiet, old-fashioned family Christmas until Richie discovers Fonzie faces a lonely holiday.) -- Open house (Over the protests of Richie, whose parents are out of town, Potsie invites three stranded beauty pageant contestants to spend the night.) --
disc 3. Fonzie's getting married (Fonzie introduces his new fiancée to the Cunninghams, but Richie's father remembers meeting her before, under unusual circumstances.) -- The Cunningham caper (When Richie is left home alone, bored and sick with the flu, a visit by Fonzie, Potsie, Ralph and a burglar creates pandemonium.) -- The not making of the President (Election time becomes complicated for Richie when he gets a crush on a girl campaigning for Adlai Stevenson. His dad's an avid Ike booster.) -- Cruisin' (Fonzie must save the day when Richie, Potsie and Ralph leave town to meet some girls and get into trouble when the girls' boyfriends show up.) -- The Howdy Doody Show (When Richie interviews Buffalo Bob Smith and Howdy Doody for his school newspaper, he gets an exclusive picture of Clarabell without makeup.) -- Get a job (It's a new experience for Richie when he becomes romantically attracted to an "older woman.") --
disc 4. Fonzie joins the band (Rifts as well as riffs result when Fonzie takes up the bongos for the first time to play with Richie's band at an important country club dance.) -- Fish and the fins (Special guests Flash Cadillac and The Continental Kids make their television acting debut in this episode, appearing as a rock group called "Fish and the Fins.") -- Richie's flip slide (Richie gets his own radio show as a teenage disc jockey and irritates his friends with his new rock 'n' roll image.) -- Kiss me sickly (When Fonzie goes out of town for a week, he asks Richie to keep an eye on his girlfriend for him.) -- Goin' to Chicago (Richie, Potsie and Ralph take Chicago by storm, and forget to bring their umbrellas.).

Olive is a little girl who dreams of winning the Little Miss Sunshine contest. Her family wants her dream to come true, but they are so dysfunctional that they can barely make it through a day without some disaster befalling them. Olive's father, Richard, is unsuccessful as a motivational speaker. He is barely on speaking terms with Olive's mother. Her uncle Frank has attempted suicide following an unsuccessful romance with a male graduate student. Her brother Dwayne, a fanatical follower of Nietzsche, has taken a vow of silence. And Olive's grandfather is a loser with a drug habit, but at least he enthusiastically coaches Olive in her contest talent routine. Circumstances conspire to put the entire family on the road together with the goal of getting Olive to the Little Miss Sunshine contest in California.
